In the fall of 2009, Pan Am and NS ran a joint OCS train to tour the railroad between Ayer, MA and Mechanicville, NY to observe the recent work that took place as part of the Patriot Corridor project. A pair of freshly painted "blue dips" did the honors of pulling the train, pictured here rolling along the Hoosic River at Valley Falls, NY.
