Remarks & Notes |
Budapest panorama... The longest tram is Combino that is approaching on the Europe's busiest tramway which can be seen on the photo. The tram goes on the old Petőfi bridge that's over the river Danube. The capital bought these trams in 2006. Altogether 37 billion Ft were spent on a purchase...You may see the most famous sights of Budapest in the background. Gellérthegy to the left, the Gellért bath is under it and the Buda castle is in the middle. Apart from this there are two Danube bridges. (Szabadság (freedom) Bridge and the Erzsébet brdige) These places are the most popular tourism sight in the capital. The colours of the picture is exciting because the sunlight elucidates only the tram. |
