Laughing Waters dam was built by the South African Railways to supply water for locos at Willowmore on the Oudtshoorn-Klipplaat line. The steam is long gone and dam now supplies Willowmore. Here we see the Cape Town - Port Elizabeth Premiere Class train alongside the dam, some 2km outside Willowmore
