| RRL Grindrod is contracted to move loaded ore hoppers from two active shafts north of Welkom, to Showgrounds exchange, where Harmony Gold takes over and moves the loads to Harmony One Plant for processing. Ex-SAR/Spoornet/TFR class 91 91-03 is running long hood forward near Friedesheim, hauling loads from Tshepong shaft at Odendaalsrus. These loco's were built for the 610mm (2'0") gauge and now run on 1067mm (3'6"). |
