Remarks & Notes |
After turning there power and borrowed Vermont Rail Systems observation car (Macintyre), the crew of today’s OCS is seen crossing the Mohawk River Bridge on there way back Kenwood Yard to tie up for the night. Of note is the fact that Canadian Pacific’s Ex D&H lines in NY’s Capital District cross the Mohawk River twice. First between the City of Schenectady and Town of Glenville and here between the City of Cohoes on the right and the Village of Waterford on the left. The Middle of the river is considered the boundary line for the Cities, Towns and Villages listed and in this case counties also. Albany on the right and Saratoga on the left. |
