| Hartwell's kitbashed RF&P unit rests at the old feedmill with former DRGW 3044. The unit was damaged in an accident a few years back and has the rear end of GNRR GP35 373, which itself was wrecked and bought by the Hartwell for parts. The feedmill has been out of operation for a year now, with operations transfered to a large new elevator along the CSX Abbeville Sub. Salvage work has already started and soon enough the Lavonia icon will be gone from the skyline. |
