Ray-Carroll SW1200 1211 sits with its stacks capped at an ethanol facility in Brunswick, Missouri, on September 16, 2010. But don't let the buckets on the stacks fool you - this engine is still in service. Built by EMD for the Chicago & North Western in February 1962 as their 311, it was later renumbered to CNW 1211, and then sold to Wilson Railway Company (Des Moines, IA) in April 1990, who then sold it to Ray-Carroll Co-op (Ray County, MO) in October 1994.
