Remarks & Notes
This location is where the railroad runs adjacent to the Shelton - Matlock Highway. They've been using three locomotives lately to move logs to the dry sort yard at Dayton, one up front, two on the rear shoving. The 900 and 1202 are actually the rear units, the 1200 running hood facing rear with lights on. This train started out with 35 loads, but they broke a drawbar and had to split the train, moved the first section up the hill, then the head unit returned 45 minutes later to escort the rest of the train to its destination. This was just as they were on the move again.
