After a week of ballasting at Kilmore East using SSR's GM27 and S317, a double train was run from the ballast pile at Albury to the work site on the final day, using hired CFCLA FL220 and 44206 in addition to the GM and S class. The 3,000+ tonne train climbs up through the S curve at Broadford, just north of Kilmore East, during the early afternoon.
