| While it may appear time worn and dirty, it continues to be gratifying to catch an original Chicago & North Western locomotive earning it's keep on the Union Pacific Railroad. Here the former CNW 8805 leads a grain load west through Grant Tower in Salt Lake City. Challenges lie ahead for this heavy unit train, in particular the ascent to Arnold Loop in northeastern Nevada. |
