In my old capacity as a used locomotive (and everything else) dealer I can honestly say this unit is "looooaded". Big tank, snow plow, flexicoil trucks, marker lights, handrails, exhaust silencers, what more could you want? Dynamic brakes? Well, it's a pity EMD just throw those in to sweeten the deal.
