Remarks & Notes

A dusting of snow looks like sprinkled sugar as the Rock Runner with a trio of GP38-2s and a GP40-2 crosses the Potomac River on the Shenadoah Sub. The trailing unit CSX 2370 is still in Conrail Blue.
