| MOW ballast train using solar panels to power the batteries on each car and have the amount controlled by the foreman in the truck following on the backside. Some of the batteries seem to be having charging issues as they stopped several times to check certain cars otherwise they were going at about 3 m.p.h. during the run. watch video here |
