| A little bit of a Midwest feeling in the South! Chase of the 'rarer' NS leasers leading NS 191! After getting burned by the clouds at Leesville, SC, I went on to barely beating NS 191 to this spot just North of Ridge Springs where NS 191 is seen with a classic leaser lashup seen passing one of many small feed mills along Norfolk Southern's R-Line between Columbia and Augusta. The heritage of the duo make this scene feel as if it were taken somewhere in the Midwest on their home rails! Note: I was standing on top of a dirt pile located at the end of the tracks on the feed mill track. |
