| 10 miles south of Manchester, the Cedar Rapids local rolls south plowing the branch out from the last winter storm. L563 has a wedge plow and a couple cars as they make their way south of Ryan. I had a hard time getting to photo spots today, as you can see the roads were not plowed in many spots! |
