| Appalachian Railcar Services utilizes the facilities at the retired Breed Generating Station, on the east bank of the Wabash River below Terre Haute, as a car repair shop. On a beautiful winter day during my senior year of college, I stumbled across the ARS 100-tonner returning to the shop after picking up a handful of cars from the CSXT interchange alongside US 41.
