Union Pacific train MWCDA 12 begins its journey from West Colton Yard (in Bloomington, California) to Dallas, Texas. But before the train even gets out of the yard, there are still empty windmill flats to set out. (One would think that they would have been removed long before the road power was attached!) Off-line power isn't as common as it was just a few years ago, but this train includes CEFX 7108 and NS 6562 - a nice break from a seemingly endless parade of yellow and gray engines.
