Remarks & Notes |
The Guadalupe Turn (also known as "The Guad" and "The GUM Train," the latter in honor of an old SP manifest to Guadalupe) passes the classic Gemco Yard sign in Van Nuys (for the GM Plant that used to exist here and make Firebirds and Camaros). The train has a little more switching to do before getting on its way up the Coast, with a stop in Oxnard, before reaching Guadalupe. |
