Remarks & Notes |
Amtrak Harrisburg train. In the early years of Amtrak, the Philadelphia to Harrisburg trains ran out of Suburban Station in Philadelphia using a leased pair of SEPTA Silverliners. Service was typically 1:40, with some stretches of 90 mph running. This is nearly as fast as today's 110 mph service. |
