| It's just over two hours since I first saw this train in Brooten, but they've only made it about 30 miles down the line. The WILD (Wheel Impact Load Detector) flagged the 16th axle on the train and has them down to 15 mph. Sure enough, as the train passed beneath me, I could hear and FEEL the fourth wheel of the EMD banging down the track. They'll set it out just a few miles ahead in Eden Valley. |
