| F. Nelson Blount thought he had found a the perfect sight for his collection of steam locomotives when he set up the museum in Walpole, NH. Soon after this shot he found a better sight across the river in Vermont. He was smart to put his most significant power right up front.. The NKP Berkshire was restored early on and ran for many years on fan trips. The B&M pacific is still waiting to turn a wheel in front of a train in the final Steamtown USA location. |
