| Soo 717 and 400 work west with a fairly heavy train 12. The 717 was quite a smoker and if under a heavy load could be counted upon to put out quite a cloud for an EMD. Train 12 could normally be counted on for a late evening departure out of Trout Lake during the Soo's Lake States era. |
