On the cold and rainy afternoon of May 4th, 2011, I ventured out on the half mile long bridge between Radford and Fairlawn to shoot 38Q crossing the New River. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally hear a horn and know 38Q is about ready to cross the New River. In this vista, 38Q is pictured crossing the New River with interesting rain clouds looming overhead.
