Remarks & Notes |
Not very many pictures have been seen from this particular spot on the Alaska Railroad. This is the siding location of Tunnel high in the Chugach Mountains, far from any road, and named for the 5 tunnels in the vicinity. This cruise train heads south towards Seward as the Fireman provides a friendly wave. This is bear country and one has to be on the constant lookout for black and brown bears. |
