Another trick pulled out of my bag of magic. It seems as though every time I come to this location, nature has always something spectacular to show me. Around this time 2 years ago, I captured this image

and now almost on the exact date (shy of 14 days) 2 years later mother nature has presented me with a developing thunderhead right before this scene as 25K grinds up the hill.
Landscape photography is difficult due to the challenge of combining good light and good scenery. Good railroad photography enters another level of complexity since it requires the first two while there is a train in view.
