| Goooood Morning Durango!. DSNG Locomotive 482, with Engineer Mike Nichols on the throttle, leads the 8:30 AM Silverton Train across the Animas River in Downtown Durango on a sunny August morning. The K-36-powered excursion train of Grande Gold and Tuscan Red coaches will cross this river no fewer than 4 more times as it winds its way through the Animas Canyon, arriving in Silverton some three and a half hours from now. |
