| The RhB decided to withdrawn and scrap all of the Ge 4/4 I series (# 601-610), but in the moment four of them are still in service. # 610 is pulling the freight train 5232 from Ilanz to Landquart, transporting "Walser" mineral water to the distribution center in Untervaz, through the gorge of the Vorderrhein below Trin, in the background portal of 299 meter long Dabi tunnel. Along the track a new built attractive (especially for train buffs!) walking path. Photo was taken from the ruins of Wackenau castle. |
