It's 33 degrees and this fine example of EMD LaGrange is plugged in to alleviate the possibility of freeze damage while sitting all alone on a cold December afternoon. The evening temps have been dropping to 27-29 degrees.I thought I heard something humming and a closer inspection revealed a 50 foot plain orange extension cord plugged into a nearby outlet! I was happy that the clouds parted for a few minutes so I could get this pic and a few others on an otherwise gloomy early winter day. Thanks to John Means for correcting me that this is a GP-7 and was originally built for the Reading RR as their No 606!
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
