Eastern Maine Railway (a paper railroad which is New Brunswick Southern's U.S. operation) train 902 eases over the Pleasant River as it assembles its train to head east for Saint John, NB. This morning ritual occurs at Brownville Jct several days a week, as the EMRY receives overhead traffic from CP Rail via the Montreal, Maine & Atlantic for the New Brunswick Maritimes. Brownville Jct is a fantastic location for railroad action, though sadly only hosting a few train movements a day.
