NS 098, a rerouted CSX van train, hustles eastbound over the calm Vermilion River on a gorgeous winter morning. The reason for this train being rerouted was due to the three train pile up in Porter County, Indiana two days earlier which took out both mainlines. This train would cross back over onto CSX trackage at Berea, another 30 miles ahead.
