| Out in the middle of no where sits a pair of ex-Santa Fe signal bridges near MP 336. Out here the hustle and bustle of daily life cant be heard. Just Mother Nature's animals and the rumble of trains fill the air late at night. Sounds of approaching trains could be heard as far as Elmer, 13 miles east of here, that would take 15-20 minutes to get here. Although it was cold, it was a nice relaxing evening to sit and hear the Marceline Sub speak for minutes on end! |
