The sun starts to set and the traffic start to moves. There was track work all day over Tehachapi till 1pm to let the detour Coast Starlight go through. It wasn't till around 4ish when the traffic rush started to move through. This Kansas City North Bay Z train moves north as it reaches the summit of the pass and begins its descent down Tehachapi Pass.
