| With temps at a balmy 3 degrees above 0 F and a 20 mph sustained wind, this shot was certainly not 'hot' by any means. VIA Rail Montreal to Quebec Saturday train 620 heads past the Ste-Foy depot with F40PH 6451. Newly falling heavy snow supplements an already healthy ground pack.
