Remarks & Notes |
The sidings east of Freeport on the Freeport Sub were built back in the day where 100 cars trains were the norm. Now days in the CN scheme freight trains are ran up to 12,000 feet if DP-ed, and norm is 9000-10000 feet. So meets between freight train aren't common unless one train stays under 6500 feet. Today's M338 is small and fits here at Burlington as M337 comes down the mainline thru the morning haze. |
