| The Re 6/6 11601 is the first built 10600hp Re 6/6 locomotive for SBB. Only the first two of four prototyps were built (1972) with an articulated chassis. 88 of the 89 ever built Re 6/6 are still in business with heavy freight trains.
On the picture, the 11601 is on the way to pick up some freight cars at Burgdorf. |
