NS Empty Herzog Ballast Train 931-13 with NS 6341, NS 6338, NS 9436, NS 8425 and NS 8737 for power heads South through downtown Sunbury, PA on the NS Buffalo Line. This train had just come off the CP Sunbury Subdivision at CP KASE on it's way South from Binghamton, NY to Harrisburg, PA.
