If I had a dollar for every time I have gotten "puffed" by a cloud, I could probably retire a year early. On Sept. 22, 1990, I was almost certain I would be as an empty unit coal train approached the balloon track at the Blacksville No. 2 mine at Wana, WV. Surprisingly, I got "puffed" in reverse. For once, the train was lit and the background was not.
