| Four C44-9W's ease a westbound intermodal train down the western slope of the famed Tehachapi pass east of Bealville. 5004 is nearing the east portal of tunnel 3 and passing the former site of tunnel 4, which was daylighted in 1952 after being seriously damaged by an earthquake. Right behind 5004 is former ATSF C44-9W 651 which still proudy sports the colors of the classy Santa Fe. |
