| Coal empties work north past the formerly iconic Palmer Lake. It's been an extremely dry summer along the Front Range, so dry that Palmer Lake has evaporated into nothing more than a few puddles earning it the nickname 'Palmer Puddles'. I've always wondered how deep Palmer Lake is...now I know. |
