The PL42AC locomotive was built by Alstom with GM-EMD 710 engines for New Jersey Transit. First manufactured in Valencia, Spain in 2003, later units were assembled in Hornell, New York. Based on this information, it would certainly seem that "Everybody wants ta get inta the act! Ha-cha-cha-chaaaaaaa!"
