The impressive view from Skihist Provincial Park near Lytton, British Columbia, provides a great view of a Canadian National empty sulphur train led by GE C44-9W No. 2567 headed eastbound on Canadian Pacific tracks. Across the Thompson River Canyon is home rails of CN, which seem to have some issues with the mountain sliding off onto the right-of-way. Directional running expedites trains through the Fraser and Thompson Canyons, with the CP transporting eastbounds, and CN the westbounds.
