| Ellis & Eastern No. 17 and 27 are about to duck under 12th Street in Sioux Falls as they make the morning run into downtown Sioux Falls with 11 cars of sand and four empty cement hoppers. No. 17 is an SW900, and No. 27 is a GP10. |
