Remarks & Notes |
On the final day of matched Vermont Railway power on the Washington County's Connecticut River Division, train NPWJ is enroute from Newport to White River Junction, Vermont behind GP40-2 303 and GP40-2 307. The 303 will be swapped out for CLP GP40-2 306 upon arrival in White River, ending a week-long pairing of Vermont Railway units for Conn River Division. This is the classic scene that once hosted visitors from several railroads that converged on St. Johnsbury! |
