| In a town rich with maritime history and a scene looking like it was created by a very talented model railroader, Burlington Northern's Astoria Local is departing Astoria with 3 loads of canned tuna fish on the drawbar. This would be the last year BN would operate into Astoria as this line would be turned over to Genesee & Wyoming Inc at the end of 1995. |
