| Harper's Ferry, WV 11/9/2012 - Not long before sunrise, the eastbound Q-751 "Rock Runner" peaks between the last of the brilliant fall colors along the Shenandoah Subdivision's wooden trestle through downtown Harper's Ferry. The historic town has been preserved by the U.S. Park Service, its downtown buildings modeling life in the Civil War era in which Harpers Ferry made history. |
