Oh, for the great expanses out ... east! The tree tunnels in this area usually preclude seeing much of a train from the side, but thanks to man's intervention in the form of three, count'em, three parallel sets of high voltage lines (supports for the third are off frame to the right), there is plenty of view here and in fact there is still more to the right.
Note the signal bridge on the right; it will govern southbound movements leaving and passing Jessup Yard to the north. A newly extended yard lead will allow autorack trains to work the yard without fouling the main. Looking closely, the two mains have dual signal heads while the end of the lead has a single bulb above the head. Some of the heads have already been turned, although this signal is not yet in service.
