Remarks & Notes |
While visiting downtown Shelton and enjoying breakfast at the Pine Tree restaurant over a hot cup of coffee, it's recommended one avoid discussing the merits of protecting the spotted owl verses timber harvesting. Otherwise the waitress may have an accident and you'll end up with hot coffee in your lap. Meanwhile, a Simpson Timber log train powered by a pair of dynamic brake equipped SW1200's is easing its way through the mill complex getting its bounty in position to be processed into milled lumber. |
