| The first day of winter was just that...full of snow, sleet and freezing rain in Vermont, which was no match for the New England Central's southbound train 324 at Bethel, Vermont. The train is seen with ex-Conrail SD40 6281 leading ex-FEC SD40-2 722 and NECR GP38 3857 as it passes Bethel Mills Lumber during blowing snow and sleet. |
