Remarks & Notes 
The Texas heat is at a boil as a slow moving train creeps over the railroad. The relentless heat has been causing sun kinks and wide guages that threaten to derail trains. The most recent having taken place here, where the rails have temporarily been re-used. Despite all the challenges of shortline railroading, the battle to move frac sand bound for bustling shales continues.
