Return of the 400 On August 10, 1985, Streamline Excursions, Inc. sponsored the "Return of the 400," a round trip passenger excursion between Amtrak's St. Paul-Minneapolis Midway Station to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, on the Chicago and North Western’s main line to Milwaukee, once the route of the famous “400.” Pulling the slick train was C&NW F7s No. 402 and 401, shown during a runby on the return trip.
